Canary Wharf has four underground public car parks, three of which lead to Cabot Place, Canada Place and Jubilee Place shopping malls.

The following Car Park locations are shown on the Estate Map:

There are currently 2500 spaces available spaces with designated bays for disabled drivers and parents with children.

At weekends and Bank Holidays, you can enjoy 3 hours' free parking in any of our public car parks when you spend £10 at any shop, café, bar or restaurant in Canary Wharf.  Please note that we have changed the way this system operates and tokens* are no longer being issued. To get 3 hours' free parking, simply ask for your ticket to be validated at point of purchase and use in the pay on foot machines before returning to your car.

In addition to 3 hours’ free parking at weekends and on Bank Holiday, spend £10 in Waitrose Food & Home Monday to Friday and enjoy 2 hours' free parking.  The way this system operates has also been changed and tokens are no longer being issued. To get 2 hours' free parking, simply ask for your ticket to be validated at point of purchase and use in the pay on foot machines before returning to your car.

The public car parks offer weekday parking for visitors for up to two hours for £3.80, for two to three hours at £5.30 and up to four hours at £9.50. Entry after 6pm, parking costs are £2.50 for the first 2 hours and £6.50 thereafter, up to 4am the next morning.

Yes. There are 52 Parent & Child parking bays at Canary Wharf. These are located as follows:

• 20 in Cabot Square Car Park
• 26 in Canada Square Car Park
• 6 in Jubilee Place Car Park

There are public toilets in all the shopping malls at Canary Wharf. They are located at:

Yes. A free loan wheelchair service is available at Canary Wharf.

Please be advised that this service is subject to the correct forms of ID being presented at the time of collection. You will need to present a current valid passport or driving license and a recent utility bill in the same name.

Yes. Canary Wharf has two Post Offices and a number of post boxes.

Yes. There are several outdoor smoking areas indicated by signage and markings.

Smoking is not permitted in the shopping malls and the indoor areas of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops are no smoking areas.

If you lose something while visiting Canary Wharf, you can either approach a Retail Security Guard, visit the Lost Property Office in Frobisher Passage (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm) or call 020 7418 2884 during office hours.
