The club occupies three floors, a space totalling the size of three football pitches. The top floor is stocked with over 170 pieces of the most advanced cardiovascular equipment. The majority of equipment has its own plasma screen linked to a 14 channel entertainment system.
The club’s fully-equipped strength training floor, measures a staggering 10,000 sq ft. There are over 110 pieces of strength training equipment and the free weight selection is the largest in the country. The Club has one of the technologically advanced UV Filtered 23m Pool, whereby ultra violet light is used to kill any bacteria. This process means that very little chlorine is used which results in no lingering odours either in the pool hall or on the person.
The climbing wall is 13 metres high, operating with 6 auto belays with a total of 20 routes set by Steve McClure, one of the world’s best climbers. The sports hall is ideal for all sorts of games such as football, basketball, badminton, netball, volleyball, tennis and table tennis. The club also has a restaurant, full service spa, sports shop and golf centre.
