One of Italy’s most successful restaurant groups Obikà opens its first stand-alone London site in Canary Wharf.
Italian export Obikà Mozzarella Bar centers it's offering around top quality Mozzarella di Bufala Campana served alongside carefully sourced, typically Italian artisan products, Obikà is the brainchild of Silvio Ursini who also has ten Obikà restaurants in Italy across five cities as well as franchises in Turkey, Japan and the USA. Obikà Canary Wharf is located in the spacious and airy, glass clad West Wintergarden and consists of a bar, restaurant and take-away area with 96 covers in total. As expected, the offering includes a selection of different types of mozzarella to be ordered with a range of accompaniments such as Prosciutto crudo di Parma and Isle of Ewe smoked salmon, whilst a number of salads, sandwiches and other light dishes will be on offer. Obikà Canary Wharf is open all day, serving as the perfect place to grab a quick lunch or to meet friends for drinks and dinner.
