BANG & OLUFSEN JOINS CANARY WHARF

Canary Wharf Group today announces that it has exchanged contracts with top end music and television system makers, Bang & Olufsen, which is to open a 1,114 sq ft outlet outside 20 Cabot Square in the heart of Canary Wharf.

Bang & Olufsen provides outstanding home entertainment products, beautifully crafted, using pioneering technology. It also has a unique set of ideals and values. Its business, whilst technology driven, is built around people, grounded in the belief that technology should serve people, not the other way round.

In the new Canary Wharf store, Bang & Olufsen is committed to upholding a heritage based on customer care and quality of service that has long been the hallmark of its brand. It will also offer its revolutionary BeoLink system, allowing people to distribute sound and vision around their homes.

Camille Waxer, VP of Retail, Canary Wharf Group, commented:

‘This signing means Canary Wharf can now offer people the highest quality products and technology. The introduction of Bang & Olufsen gives customers the opportunity to improve their homes with the very latest home entertainment systems.’

Bang & Olufsen will open in December in the former Links of London unit at 20 Cabot Square. Links has relocated to Jubilee Place, Canary Wharf’s recently opened 89,500 sq ft shopping mall.

Hicks Baker acted as leasing agents on behalf of Canary Wharf Group.
