Canary Wharf Group plc’s Local Business Liaison Office (LBLO) has teamed up with local furniture specialist, CenterCore Systems Ltd, to launch the first in a series of networking events for local companies on its database.

Earlier this year the LBLO launched a series of seminars covering a range of topics to assist local SME (Small & Medium Enterprises) companies with the effective running and development of their business. Local Business Liaison Manager, Gay Harrington said, “The seminars have been well received and will continue. They do offer an opportunity to network but several companies have asked us if we would consider facilitating specific networking events, so when CenterCore offered to host one we jumped at the opportunity.”

CenterCore’s Managing Director, Delwyn Jacobs, said: “As part of the local business community, CenterCore welcomes the opportunity to network with other Docklands based companies offering services to business.”

The event will be held on Friday 26th September from 1:30pm to 4pm at CenterCore’s showroom in Marsh Wall. It will include a presentation from Abacus Data Systems International Ltd on a revolutionary new data reporting
system to support businesses.
