Vicky has previously worked at Somerset House, Fairfield Halls in Croydon and Hylands House in Chelmsford. She is supported in her role by Joanne Taylor and Dorothy Rugira who have been promoted to Deputy Manager and Events Co-ordinator, respectively. Joanne has been with Cabot Hall for nearly three years after having worked for David Lloyd Leisure and, prior to that, at the BBC for ten years.

Vicky commented on her new appointment,

The East Wintergarden is a spectacular glass covered atrium based on the Wintergardens in New York. It accommodates up to 1000 guests and features a 27-metre high arched glass roof and uninterrupted Italian marble flooring with steamed beech wood panelling. Cabot Hall is a light, airy and flexible space with excellent views from its Marble Foyer and can cater for up to 800.
