This Easter at Canary Wharf, you can find out how garden designers can transform your outdoor space into an urban paradise. Whether you have a garden, patio or balcony, the TV personalities and horticultural experts at The Canary Wharf Garden Show 2005 will be able to advise on what kind of garden design would suit you best. This popular event makes a welcome return after its success last year.
As well as daily celebrity presentations, exhibitors with interactive stands, displays and show gardens will fill the three shopping malls. A huge selection of unique garden products, accessories, furniture, ornaments and tools will be on sale and visitors will be able to view the latest fashions and artistry in urban gardening. From Thursday 24th – Monday 28th March between 12.00 – 6.00pm, Canary Wharf will be a haven of green fingered experts ready to give visitors the best advice on how to design their outdoor space. Experts are yet to be confirmed but the line up promises to be as great as last year featuring many TV favourites. The unique programme of presentations and advice centres given by high-profile gardeners will take place in the East Wintergarden and will be free to enter although tickets must be ordered in advance. Not forgetting the rest of the family there will be a ‘Kids’ Zone’ offering a programme of Easter garden activities including arts & craft workshops, entertainment, storytelling, puppet shows, face painting, magic shows and gardening games. A traditional English lawn garden will be created in Jubilee Place creating a focal point for the holiday weekend’s entertainment as well as the children’s activities.
