Design Manager – Architectural

To manage and co-ordinate the design team and contractor designers to produce complete comprehensive construction drawings, details and specifications in due time, giving consideration to quality, buildability, cost, health, safety and environmental constraints.

Document Controller

Responsible for all Document Control related issues on their assigned project.

Planner

Develop, manage and co-ordinate the planning of all phases of a project to achieve the project goals and objectives.

Project Manager - Lifts & Escalators

To be responsible to the Senior Project Manager for the procurement and management of the trade package (or multiple packages).

Senior Construction Manager - Logistics

To be responsible to the Senior Project Manager/Senior Construction Manager for all the Construction Logistic Operations of the Project.

Assistant Project Health & Safety Manager

Assisting with the management and promotion of on-site Health and Safety.

Assistant Project Manager - M&E (Graduate)

To be responsible to the Project Manager for the achievement of Project Management duties.

Assistant Cost Manager

To be responsible to the Cost Manager for assistance with cost control tasks and activities relating to Project packages.

Assistant Planner

To undertake project planning and co-ordination of the planning of all phases of a project to achieve the project goals and objectives.
